[HFDlist] Medical Director response and vehicle

[Jack Chandler]

Our new medical director will be responding to serious 'high priority' 
calls when he is available.

His call sign will be MD15 on our frequency and he drives a white with 
orange stripe Explorer with light bar etc.

He will serve as 'field medical control' when necessary.

Dave and Chris can you please let our officers and dispatchers know?
