Just a reminder for all non EMT's.  The department is holding the AHA  
first-responder course on the 9/6 training night.  This will be the  
only first-responder certification the department will accept moving  
forward.  If you have any other type of first-responder "cards", they  
will not be accepted after 9/6.  We are moving to standardize this  
training to ensure that everyone is on the same page and same  
recertification cycle.  This class also includes your CPR/AED  
certification. If you cannot make it on 9/6, please contact EMS  
Coordinator Dave Russo to set up a time to make it up.
