[HFDlist] Flu Shots

The Senior Center is having FLU shots today from 1:00 to 3:30 for anyone 
who wants one. Just bring your insurance card! Department heads please 
try to pass this on to your teams.

For department members, in October Walgreen's will be at HQ to give flu 
shots. Before training on Tuesday 10/6 they will be here with insurance 
paperwork (will need your insurance card & ID) for you to fill out. 
Third Tuesday after, 10/20 they will be here at 5:30 to give the shots.
