[HFDlist] Flu shots at HFD

For department members, next month Walgreens will be at HQ to give flu 
shots. Before training on Tuesday 10/6 they will be here with insurance 
paperwork (will need your insurance card & ID) for you to fill out. 
Tuesday after, 10/20 they will be here at 5:30 to give the shots.
