[HFDlist] Call FF Shift call outs

If you are scheduled to work a call FF shift and need to call out on  
the day scheduled, please call the officer on duty at the station so  
that they can plan their daily schedule accordingly.  You should only  
be contacting LT Fasshauer if you need to be taken off a shift in  
advance of the scheduled date.
