As Chief of the Department I regret to announce the death of Pauline 
Felicio, grandmother of Lieutenant Joshua Poznanski.

Josh's grandmother was a very important part of his life and will be 
truly missed by Josh and his family.

Arrangements are incomplete at this time but will be announced when they 
are available.
