[HFDlist] Suspected anhydrous ammonia in propane tanks

Attached is an advisory from the State Fire Marshal regarding propane
cylinders which have been filled with Anhydrous ammonia for use in the
manufacture of Methamphetamine.  As we have a couple of exchange sites for
propane cylinders in town, please remain vigilant when responding for issues
with propane tanks.
