[HFDlist] Important Announcement From The Chief

The Chief of the department regretfully announces the passing today of 
retired Firefighter Richard H. Dewitt. Rich, fondly known as "Papa" to 
many, was a Holden Firefighter for 42 years, and a Lieutenant for 8 of 
those years. The wake and funeral arrangements will be forthcoming.
