[HFDlist] Ribbon Cutting-Specialty Sand Bar

Hello: Bill from Specialty Sandwich is opening a bar/restaurant and has 
invited HPD, WPD, and DPW to the ribbon cutting tomorrow at 6:00. Bar is 
located next to Specialty Sandwich. I THINK their will be half price 
drinks and food. If you plan on going, I need a head count for Bill.
