[HFDlist] Saf-Alert versus E-Dispatch

We are considering switching to E-Dispatch and need to make a decision 
this week.

We have been testing E-Dispatch for the last few weeks. It is 
considerably more expensive than Saf-Alert.

Please let me know if you think it is a better system and if we should 
switch to it!
