[HFDlist] Chaffins Lieutenant Position

Per the Chiefs, Eric Fasshauer has been appointed the new Lieutenant at 
Chaffins Station. He has been a department member since 2000, along with 
his hard work, Eric brings reliability and dedication to the position.
