[HFDlist] FF I/II Shifts

January FF I/II Shifts have been posted for signup at HQ.  We are  
going to try a "pilot" program over the next couple of months, adding  
some overnight coverage on Friday and Saturday nights and see how it  
goes.  I will award the January shifts by mid-December, so sign up soon.
