I am looking for a crew to take one engine over to Princeton tomorrow 
night for the Lifeflight landing around 7:30.

If you aren't interested in the class you can leave after the landing. 
Friends and family are invited to meet you there to see the big bird 
land as well!

Please let me know if you'd like to go. Hopefully we can get a driver 
and officer!

Just confirming to everyone that Life Flight Training is on for this 
Tuesday night.  Just a friendly reminder.  It would be great if I could 
get an estimate on attendance from each fire department as I am trying 
to have a food vendor available on the common.  This training will go 
until 21:00 as it qualifies for EMS credits.

*Date is Tuesday September 25th.  17:30 on the Princeton Common*

  * Life Flight will be landing on the Princeton common at 17:45.  The
    course will be from 18:00 to 21:00.  The course is good for EMS credits
  * I would like everyone to be there at 17:30 if possible.  Princeton's
    Squad will be on the common for lighting if required.
  * We will have a power point projector in the town Annex for the
    formal training that will take place after the helicopter review and
    training.
  * There will be a food vendor on the common for $$ Food Vendor's is
    Wicked Weiners from Clinton Ma.
  * It will be great PR so if each fire department can send their
    personnel in a truck it would be appreciated.


This is the first regionalized training for Life Flight safety and 
landing protocol.  The course will be attended by Sterling, Hubbardston, 
Westminster, Princeton, Holden, West Boylson and Paxton.  The Pilot of 
Life Flight's name is Michael Young and we will get the other names of 
the crew when they land.  The crew chief's name is Cheryl Coyle RN.  The 
pilot will review all safety protocols for the helicopter along with 
landing, approach, loading and take off protocols.  He will also show 
everyone the emergency systems in the KC-145 along with door locks, fire 
systems, O2 shut offs, fuel shut offs, etc.  The course will then follow 
up with the flight nurse giving a formal course via Power Point in the 
annex.
