[HFDlist] Use of Fire Hydrants

Whenever we use a fire hydrant please let Mark Elbag know by leaving a 
message on his phone. Internally it is extension 5544 or if you are 
calling from your cell phone use 508-210-5544.

The water department will then check the hydrant the next day to make 
sure it is not leaking. Recently they have found a number of hydrants to 
be leaking which is causing some of the Town's missing water problem.

This includes the two training hydrants in the back of the station!

As always, if there is a water emergency the on call water department 
person immediately.
