[HFDlist] Holden Fire Department Rules and Regulations

For the past year we have been working to update the Rules and 
Regulations of the Department. We have done many of them and they are 
now available to all department members. They have been placed in orange 
three ring binders located in the Alarm Room, Watch Room, Full Time 
Office and Chaffin's Station.

We decided not to give everyone a copy as it is impossible to keep then 
up to date that way.

There is a sign-off sheet in each member's mail box. Please print your 
name and date and sign and return sheet to Leah in the administration 
office once you have read them.

There are still a number of standing rules and regulations that we need 
to document. These are still enforce even though they have not been 
included as of yet.
