[HFDlist] Mandatory SCBA training

Just a reminder:

Those members who have not completed the mandatory SCBA training and  
practical evolutions which were done with the new Scott airpacks need  
to complete this training by 12/31.

We will be doing the practical evolutions prior to department training  
on Tuesday 12/4, meeting at Fire HQ at 18:00.  If you are unable to  
make this session, please contact me.
