I am please to announce that Russell Hall has been appointed Assistant 
Chief of the Holden Department.

Russ started with the Holden Fire Department in April of 2009 as 
Firefighter/paramedic and EMS coordinator. Russ was promoted to 
Lieutenant May of 2011.

Russ will begin working his new schedule on September 4th and will work 
with Assistant Chief Belisle until his retirement on September 28th, 2012.

Please join me in wishing Russ great success in his new position.
