[HFDlist] New Nozzle on Engine One

There is a new nozzle on the 200ft speedlay on Engine 1.  It is an Elkhart
smooth bore nozzle which gives you the ability to choose your tip size
with the bale. Please make sure that all members are aware
of the change so that it can be operated at the proper pressure.
