Just a quick FYI:

The department has received an new RAD-57 CO oximeter through a
regional homeland security grant. The unit has been placed into
service on A-1 and also is equipped with a pediatric probe which we
did not have on our older RAD 57. The older unit was sent back to
Masimo in California and was updated to match todays technology. The
old unit has been placed into A-2 and is being stored in the blue
pulse ox case until we receive a new carrying case from Bound Tree.
With the additional unit now in service, we should be able to utilize
CO monitoring on any resident who has been in an environment with high
CO readings, no matter if A-1 is in town or not. Any questions,
please feel free to contact me.

Thanks:

Russ
