Good day everyone.

This is an e-mail to inform everyone that we changed the way we are packing
the high rise pack on engine 1. The way that we pack it now is called either
the Cleveland load, or hose bundle, there may be other names for it as well.
I have discussed it with both of the Deputy's and we tried it out today and
it works pretty well. John if you would like to do this with engine 3 please
feel free. If you follow the links below you can watch the video's on
YouTube on how to pack it and how to deploy it. I would ask that all
department members make themselves familiar with it as soon as possible.
Also some of the new hose has come in and we are putting green 1 3/4" on
engine 1 and engine 3 speed lays for the bottom 200'. While we were doing
this today on engine 1 we found that both speed lays were packed with 150',
just as a reminder the bottom speed lay should be 200' and the top should be
150'. If you have any questions please feel free to contact myself or one of
the other officers.

                                              Thank You Andy
