<p> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">UMass University requires one more closure of the Cath lab to complete their construction/upgrades. The Cath lab will be shut down at 6am on <b>Saturday 3/9/24</b>, meaning they will be unable to accept any STEMI patients after <b>5am</b>. They expect to reopen after noon on Sunday 3/10/24. CMED will again send out HHAN when the lab goes down, 12-hour reminders, and when reopened. All STEMI patients should be transported to the next closest PCI capable facility, which is most likely St. Vincents. St. Vs is prepared to accept all STEMI patients. Please advise your crews.</p>
