Good evening alliance partners,<br>

Third - In consultation with MDPH and the city leadership, we
are looking at a different approach to equitably, effectively
and efficiently manage the volume. We are going to probably have
1-2 clinics next week that will be for a specific subset of
eligible individuals. It is like the Wild West and we need to
put some controls on this until we get more vaccine. <br>
Fourth and time sensitive - We want to finish vaccinating our
first responders and some of the other phase 1 eligible
municipal workers. We have some pfizer vaccines left (due to
turning many folks away that were not in our catchment area this
week) that need to be used up rather quickly. Therefore, we will
be scheduling a private clinic using private links (we will
create those in short order) to book appointments for a Friday
(1/29) clinic for the following groups for the city of Worcester
and the alliance towns:<br>

Clinic will run 8 am - 6 pm Friday. Please let me know if you
